About Me
Jae Cook (they/them) is an emerging director from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Jae is soon-to-be a graduate from the Musical Theatre BFA program at Dobbins Conservatory.

Jae is the executive producer of Subversive Theatricals, currently located in St. Louis, MO.
Some of their directing credits include LIZZIE: The Musical; Randi & Roxanne; Somebody In BumF*ck, Montana Loves Me; Tequila Sunrise (reading); and various student produced projects at Dobbins Conservatory
Assistant directing credits include Head Over Heels (dir Kitt Lavoie), and the new musical 600 Miles (dir Julianne Ledford).
Themes
Jae's work often focuses on the soft underbelly of issues surrounding the youth of today. These themes often include pop culture, economics, sexuality, gender, racial awareness, and mental health.
